Instrument works which consist of all field instrument installation, Fire&Gas device installation, impulse tubing hook up and pneumatic air tubing hook up installations.
Poland - Lotos Refinery Project
The project intended to equip the existing refinery in Gdańsk, Poland with capacities to produce high quality lubricating base oils. The scope of the HBO (K420 Hydrocracked Base Oil) Project includes the construction of a hydrocracking unit that is to operate based on the catalytic dewaxing and hydrotreating processes.
Within the scope of work; all Process piping erection with 700tons Large-Bore and fabrication and erection of 50 tons Small-Bore. Assembling and erection of Reactor Feed Furnace (250tons) and Vacuum Column Feed Furnace (200tons) including main steel structures, stacks and hot air duct system.
22 pcs of rotary equipment installation. Internals installation and box-up on the vacuum columns. 36km Steam Tracing installation. Surface preparation and painting works. All field instrument and Fire&Gas device installation, Instrument and pneumatic air hook up erection with over than 8000m tubing line.
